Cancellation
A session cancelled without at least a 48h notice will be considered used.
Session Booking

Session duration
Usually a session takes about 45 to 60 minutes, except for the Meet Up Free session which lasts 10 minutes.
Session’s place
Sessions will be held over Zoom or any other technological resource available. Real life meet ups can be arranged over previous agreement, and will be help as per such. I recommend you pick a time and place when and where you will feel comfortable and will manage to be 100% focused.
Purchase validity
All purchase is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase or from the last session’s date.
Contract
Following your Meet Up request, you will receive an email with a few information as well as a contract specifying each party’s responsibilities and agreements
Refund
A refund may be considered up to 48h from the date of purchase. Just send an email to accounting@kathycarrico.com and you will get a reply within a week.
